HAMILTON, Bermuda – Petrobras has awarded Seadrill an 18-month contract extension for the drillship West Tellus.
The contract, which now runs through end-October 2019, is now valued at around $164 million.
Under the agreement, Seadrill is reducing the day rate, effective from Feb. 26, 2016.
