Sapura Drilling, Maersk Training form collaboration

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia — Sapura Drilling has awarded Maersk Training a long-term training management services contract to serve as the driller’s primary training provider.
Their collaboration will focus on delivering high-level competence and compliance instruction via face-to-face, digital and onboard training, Maersk said.
Sapura Drilling, owned by Sapura Energy, is a largest tender-assisted drilling (TAD) rig owner and operator, with a fleet of 11 TADs and almost 50 years of operations experience in Asia, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas.
