LONDON — Preparations have started for moving the Noble Resilient jackup to the drilling location for the Pensacola gas prospect in the UK southern North Sea.

Shell UK is operator of the well in license P2252. Partner Deltic Energy expects the rig to begin drilling operations in mid-November.
