TotalEnergies adds further well to current program offshore Suriname

LYNGBY, Denmark – TotalEnergies has exercised an option to extend the work scope of the drillship Maersk Valiant in block 58 offshore Suriname.
The vessel will now drill a further well with operations due to start in March. Maersk Drilling estimates the duration of the extended program at 100 days, with a value of around $20.5 million, including integrated services.
TotalEnergies’ contract with the Maersk Valiant contains two more one-well options.
