Offshore staff

ABERDEEN, UK -- Reflex Marine has appointed two new board members. Duncan Cuthill has been appointed operations director and Felicity Wilshaw business support director.

"I have known Duncan for 10 years and have been impressed by his progressive approach, openness to new thinking and project management skills," says Philip Strong, managing director of Reflex Marine. "He will add important strengths to our fast developing team.
