Technip names Arlette as president, operations

Replacing a retiring Daniel Burlin, Guy Arlette was appointed president, operations of Technip and a member of the Executive Committee.

PARIS --Replacing a retiring Daniel Burlin, Guy Arlette was appointed president, operations of Technip and a member of the Executive Committee.

Arlette worked for the French Ministry of Industry as head of the Oil and Gas Directorate before joining Technip.

During his 15 years at Technip, Arlette has held various positions including VP, project control and estimating; VP, internal audit; and COO for the Middle East and Southwest Asia.

Arlette is a graduate of Paris' Ecole des Mines.
