Offshore staff

HOUSTON --MPF Corp. Ltd. has expanded the Houston based OPT-MPF operating company. The staff now includes the following senior managers:

Dave Toalson
With over 30 years of marine drilling experience, Toalson co-founded OPT and is COO of the group, overseeing both the project management and build-up of the operating organization.

Donn Pedersen
Pedersen co-founded OPT and is senior VP business development and marketing. He has over 27 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, and oversees the staff functions in Houston.

William L. (Bill) Ellis
Ellis is operations manager for OPT-MPF Corp. and has over 35 years of drilling rig experience.

John McMullen
McMullen, with more than 35 years of marine offshore experience, serves as project manager – MPF-01.

Roger W. Mowell
Mowell, senior marine and drilling system advisor, has over 50 years experience in marine terminal design, floating drilling research, and marine drilling rig design. He is a member of SNAME and has served on the Mobile Offshore Drilling Unit Advisory groups both for ABS and DnV.

L. Dean Silvers
Procurement director Silvers has more than 26 years of procurement experience in the drilling industry.
