CALGARY, Canada-- Artumas Group Inc. has appointed Doug Purcell as COO, replacing Ian Horswill.
Purcell has over 25 years of experience within the energy industry and has spent the last five years engaged in consulting engagements, following his tenure in business development and as director of acquisitions, divestitures, and planning.
A chemical engineer, Purcell has experience with drill ships, semisubmersible and jackup rigs operating in the Beaufort Sea, North Atlantic, and Tasman Sea, plus a University of Western Ontario MBA.
