Offshore staff

HOUSTON --Knowledge Systems has named Jamey Webster as CEO. He previously served as the company's COO and replaces founder, chairman, and current CEO, Jim Bridges. Bridges will continue with the company as chairman of the board, focusing on strategy and long-range planning.
