HOUSTON -- Milko Binza Moussirou has joined Caesar Systems as manager of client services for Shell E&P. Moussirou is based in Rijswijk, The Netherlands. He has almost 15 years of oil and gas industry experience in several countries, and has supported projects for Shell during many of these years.
