Bourbon adds to board of directors

PARIS -- Vo Thi Huyen Lan has joined the Bourbon board of directors. She replaces Victoire de Margerie.
Vo Thi Huyen Lan is the MD of Vietnam-based Jaccar. She previously served as finance manager and deputy-CEO of Bourbon's retail activities in Vietnam, before joining Jaccar in 2006.
Bourbon has also appointed Roger Wright as chairman of the company's audit committee. He replaces Victoire de Margerie.
