SeaBird Exploration's CEO, Dag Reynolds, has resigned.

HOUSTON -- SeaBird Exploration's CEO, Dag Reynolds, has resigned. Tim Isden, executive chairman of the SeaBird board will replace Reynolds

Reynolds has left SeaBird to pursue other interests, but will remain in an advisory role for the company.
