Ocean HeavyLift appoints new managing director

Ocean HeavyLift ASA has appointed Cato Hellstenius as managing director, replacing Ole Jacob Person, who resigned. Hellstenius will take up his appointment by Sept. 1, 2007.

OSLO, Norway --Ocean HeavyLift ASA has appointed Cato Hellstenius as managing director, replacing Ole Jacob Person, who resigned. Hellstenius will take up his appointment by Sept. 1, 2007.

Hellstenius currently is assistant director, finance and investor relations, at BW Gas ASA. He graduated from the Norwegian School of Management in 1991 and Oslo College of Engineering in 1986.

"The appointment gives the company a managing director with a strong background from the shipping/offshore industry as well as experience from investor relations and financial activities in a large shipping group," says Erik Gløersen. chairman.
