TULSA, Oklahoma --The Pipeline Equipment Division of CRC-Evans Pipeline International, Inc. has named Fred Lysak as president. Lysak was general manager for international operations of the Pipeline Equipment Division.
Lysak will be responsible for all pipeline equipment sales and operations worldwide. He will be located in Tulsa.
Mike Borodawka, VP/general manager, CRC-Evans Canada, and Lotfi Housni, president of SOMICO, will report to Lysak.
