Petrohawk Energy Corp. has appointed Mark J. Mize, currently VP, chief accounting officer and controller, as executive VP, CFO, and treasurer, replacing retiring Shane M. Bayless. Bayless has resigned to pursue an opportunity with a private company.

HOUSTON --Petrohawk Energy Corp. has appointed Mark J. Mize, currently VP, chief accounting officer and controller, as executive VP, CFO, and treasurer, replacing retiring Shane M. Bayless. Bayless has resigned to pursue an opportunity with a private company.
Larry L. Helm, with over 25 years experience in banking and finance, will serve as executive VP - finance and administration.
