Submar has announced the following management changes:

HOUMA, Louisiana -- Submar has announced the following management changes:

• Thomas M. Angel will be executive advisor to the board
• Kenneth McAllister has been appointed president
• Ray Moore has been promoted to VP of operations
• Bobby Edwards has been named VP of Submar West.
