Caesar Systems names product manager

HOUSTON -- Caesar Systems has appointed Andrea Chiappe as product manager. Chiappe has over 15 years of experience in the oil and gas E&P industry. She previously worked for Pioneer Natural Resources, OXY, and Quintana Minerals Santa Cruz Inc.
