HOUSTON -- ATP's senior VP Gerald ("Jerry") W. Schlief will retire on Dec. 31, 2007. He served in this capacity since 1993 and was primarily responsible for acquisitions. Schlief has agreed to continue with ATP as a consultant.
"Jerry has made a substantial impact to ATP as he led skillful and creative negotiations to acquire development properties and close financial transactions," says T. Paul Bulmahn, ATP's chairman and president. "His efforts helped move this company forward from a small private company to an international public company with multi-billion dollar assets."
