PSL Energy Services appoints Topp as regional manager for Middle East

ABERDEEN, UK -- PSL Energy Services Ltd. has appointed Charlie Topp as regional manager for the Middle East.

Topp will lead the company's strategic growth in the Middle East and oversee a number of important business opportunities that PSL are currently pursuing in the region, the company says.

"Charlie has spent nearly 15 years working from the UAE and comes with extensive international experience and a very strong process, pipeline, and well services background," says Doug Duguid, managing director of PSL Energy Services.
