Clough appoints Cooper CEO

David Singleton, managing director and CEO of Clough Ltd., has resigned effective immediately and John Cooper has been appointed the new CEO.

PERTH, Australia -- David Singleton, managing director and CEO of Clough Ltd., has resigned effective immediately and John Cooper has been appointed the new CEO.

Mike Harding, chairman of Clough, said that the board appreciated the work done by Singleton in developing and implementing the first stages of Clough's transformation strategy.
