Petrobras hires new manager of investor relations

RIO DE JANEIRO, Brazil -- Petrobras has named Theodore M. Helms as interim executive manager of investor relations, replacing Raul Campos.
Helms will be responsible for improving the transparency of the company and its communication with investors. He will also initiate shareholder relations projects in Brazil and abroad.
