Oilfield procurement group Craig International Supplies (CIS) has appointed Steve McHardy as director of its growth strategy. He has 20 years experience in materials and procurement, and prior to joining CIS six years ago, was purchasing manager of Aker Kvaerner's subsea division.

ABERDEEN, UK --Oilfield procurement group Craig International Supplies (CIS) has appointed Steve McHardy as director of its growth strategy. He has 20 years experience in materials and procurement, and prior to joining CIS six years ago, was purchasing manager of Aker Kvaerner's subsea division.

CIS claims to supply a comprehensive range of products for seismic, drilling, exploration and production activities. The company has a turnover of $52 million, with 50% of its business outside its local market of the North Sea.
