Offshore staff
HOUSTON --GEODynamics Inc. has named Matt Bell VP of technology and Ted Price global sales director.
Bell, previously senior investment manager for Shell Technology Ventures Inc., had worked for Shell E&P since 1994. He held various technical positions around the world including technical expert, staff production engineer, and production technologist.
Bell graduated from Imperial College, London with a masters in chemical engineering. He is a member of SPE and the API subcommittee on perforating, an associate member of the Institute of Chemical Engineers, and an associate of the City & Guilds Institute of London.
Price's 30-year career in the oil and gas industry has been dedicated to international sales and operations in C.I.S. countries, China, Southeast Asia, Africa, and Latin America. For 21 of those years, he worked for Halliburton Energy Services in a number of sales and managerial roles including division sales manager for VannSystems, director third-party sales for VannSystems/Halliburton, and senior international sales representative/ business development manager for Jet Research Center. Ted is a graduate of St. Johns River College in Florida.

Both Bell and Price will be based at the company's executive offices in The Woodlands, Texas.
