HOUSTON --FMC Technologies has appointed William H. Schumann III executive VP. He will continue as CFO as well.
Schumann has been with FMC for 26 years and has held a variety of financial and operational positions in the company.
"Bill's financial expertise has been an important component to the company's success," says Joseph H. Netherland, chairman and CEO, FMC Technologies.
"His strategic outlook and knowledge of financial markets should serve us well as we endeavor to further grow the company and increase shareholder value."
