Apache secures further Forties services contract

Apache North Sea has awarded EnerMech a $1.56 million contract to supply rigging lofts and portable lifting equipment to the four Forties field platforms, Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, Delta, and Echo.

ABERDEEN, UK -- Apache North Sea has awarded EnerMech a $1.56 million contract to supply rigging lofts and portable lifting equipment to the four Forties field platforms, Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, Delta, and Echo.

The three-year contract has options for two one-year extensions. Last year EnerMech won a $9.38 million order to provide crane and maintenance services for the same platforms.

Recently the company signed a long-term partnership agreement with lifting technology company Gunnebo Industries to provide a comprehensive range of portable lifting equipment to the UK North Sea.
