IRVING, Texas -- Fluor Corp. has elected Rosemary T. Berkery and H. Paulett Eberhart to its board of directors.

Berkery is vice chairman of UBS Wealth Management Americas and chairman of UBS Bank USA. Eberhart is chairman and CEO of HMS Ventures.
