MARLOW and LIVINGSTON, UK -- FoundOcean has appointed John Hudson as client services director with responsibility for high-level business development, technical supervision of project management, and quality assurance. The company has also named Paul Burns as operations director with focus on plant investment strategy, personnel organization, training, safety, and integration with overseas partners. In addition, John Paul O’Sullivan and Erlen Christiansen have been appointed as project engineers.
