Dwayne Breaux as president and CEO; Pat McCelvey as president of Wison Offshore Leasing; Francisco Noyola as executive VP; Greg Navarre as VP of projects; Marshall DeLuca as VP of sales and marketing; and Robert Bollich as general counsel. The company has also appointed Ken Davies as technical director; Phil Hawley as project director; and Chris Hutchinson and Phil Winsor as project managers.
