Offshore staff

IRVING, Texas -- Fluor Corp. has appointed David T. Seaton as CEO. He will also become a member of the company’s board of directors. He succeeds Alan L. Boeckmann, who will serve on the board as non-executive chairman. Both appointments are effective Feb. 3, 2011.
