PERTH, Western Australia-- Clough has appointed Gary Bowtell as executive VP of engineering. Bowtell will have profit and loss responsibility for all of Clough’s engineering efforts including the company’s involvement in Ocean Flow International and Peritus. His primary focus will be extending Clough’s engineering reach and developing engineering capacity.
