Clough names chairman of the board

Clough has appointed Keith Spence as chairman of the board, effective Oct. 26.

PERTH, Western Australia-- Clough has appointed Keith Spence as chairman of the board, effective Oct. 26. He replaces Mike Harding. The company has also named CFO Neil Siford as an executive director.
