Bjerke resigns as director of REC

HØVIK, Norway -- Rune Bjerke of Renewable Energy Corp. ASA (REC) has decided to resign as director of the REC board. Bjerke will fill a new position as group chief executive of DnB NOR ASA. His resignation is effective immediately.
