Offshore staff

HOUSTON -- ABS has named Ken Richardson VP of Energy Development effective Jan. 1, 2007. Richardson replaces William Sember who has been appointed president and COO ABS Europe.

"Ken's previous experience has made him a well known figure within the US and international energy and offshore sectors," said Robert D. Somerville, ABS chairman and CEO. "That experience has given him a deep technical knowledge of the sector together with a broad commercial exposure to the offshore industry."

Richardson will locate at ABS headquarters in Houston.
