HOUSTON -- John W. Dalton, Sr., executive VP of Mustang, has been elected the 2009 Chairman of the Executive Committee for the Construction Industry Institute (CII). CII is a consortium of more than 100 owners, contractors, suppliers, and academics from both the public and private arenas who have joined together to create industry Best Practices and improve the delivery of capital facilities.
