Royal Dutch Shell has appointed Peter Voser as CEO, effective July 1.

THE HAGUE, Netherlands -- Royal Dutch Shell has appointed Peter Voser as CEO, effective July 1. The company has also appointed Marvin Odum as director for upstream Americas, Malcolm Brinded as executive director of upstream international, and Matthias Bichsel as director of projects and technology.
