HOUSTON -- Newfield Exploration has appointed Lee K. Boothby as CEO. Boothby succeeds David A. Trice, who has retired. The company has also named Gary D. Packer as executive VP and COO and Terry W. Rathert as executive VP and CFO. Newfield has also appointed Daryll T. Howard as VP of Rocky Mountains and Samuel E. Langford as VP of corporate development.
