Halliburton appoints president of drilling and evaluation

Cris Gaut, president of the Halliburton's drilling and evaluation division, has requested early retirement from the company.

HOUSTON -- Cris Gaut, president of the Halliburton's drilling and evaluation division, has requested early retirement from the company. Gaut will be replaced by Tim Probert, who will retain his responsibilities for leading Halliburton's technology, supply chain management, and mergers and acquisitions activity.
