J. Ray McDermott has appointed Stephen M. Johnson as president and CEO, effective Jan. 1, 2010.

HOUSTON -- J. Ray McDermott has appointed Stephen M. Johnson as president and CEO, effective Jan. 1, 2010. Johnson is currently president and COO of McDermott International, J. Ray’s parent company. He succeeds Robert A. Deason, who will retire at the end of the year.
