SUGAR LAND, Texas -- Hyperdynamics has appointed Fred S. Zeidman to its board of directors. Zeidman currently serves as vice chairman of Corporate Strategies and the University of Texas Health Science System. He is chairman of the board of SulphCo Inc., chief restructuring officer of Transmeridian Exploration, and bankruptcy trustee of AremisSoft Corp. He also serves on the board of Compact Power and Prosperity Bank.
