Dan-Loc Bolt & Gasket appoints VPs

HOUSTON -- Dan-Loc Bolt & Gasket has appointed Jeffrey A. Spillane as senior VP and CFO. In his new position, Spillane is responsible for all administrative functions, including HR, IT, materials management, budgeting, and cash management. He will also have an integral role in strategic planning for the company’s continued growth.

The company has also appointed Phil Miller as senior VP of development. He is responsible for sales and marketing, and will lead the company’s expansion plans.
