The corporate assembly of Statoil ASA has elected Einar Arne Iversen to serve on the company’s board as an employee representative.

STAVANGER, Norway -- The corporate assembly of Statoil ASA has elected Einar Arne Iversen to serve on the company’s board as an employee representative.

Lill-Heidi Bakkerud and Morten Svaan were re-elected as employee representatives.

All three will serve for two years.
