NEW ORLEANS -- Energy Partners Ltd. (EPL) has appointed Gary C. Hanna as CEO. The company has also named Charles O. Buckner, Scott A. Griffiths, Marc McCarthy, Steven J. Pully, and John F. Schwarz to its board of directors.
