Talisman appoints VPs

Nigel Hares, Talisman's executive VP of international operations (West), and John Hart, Talisman's executive VP of exploration, are retiring.

CALGARY, Canada -- Nigel Hares, Talisman's executive VP of international operations (West), and John Hart, Talisman's executive VP of exploration, are retiring.

The company has appointed Paul Smith and Richard Herbert, respectively, in these roles. The new appointees are expected to join Talisman towards the end of February and will report directly to John A. Manzoni, president and CEO.
