EB appoints director of engineering

NORTHUMBERLAND, UK -- IHC Engineering Business (EB) has appointed Scott Boyes as director of engineering. He will be responsible for management and delivery of engineering, production activities, commissioning, and offshore support. EB has also appointed Ben Webster as sales manager.
