Offshore staff

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Devon Energy Corp. has appointed David A. Hager as executive VP of exploration and production. Hager will be responsible for all of Devon's oil and natural gas exploration, drilling, and production operations.

Hager is currently a member of Devon's board of directors. He will resign from the board immediately, the company says.
