Offshore staff
HOUSTON -- Quantapoint has appointed Tad Balinger as VP of sales. Balinger will initially focus on high growth potential markets. He will be on special assignment in West Africa to further expand Quantapoint's leadership in the region. Following this, Balinger will be located in Quantapoint's Houston office and will concentrate on growing established client relationships as well as developing new relationships.
