Fluor appoints group president

IRVING, Texas -- Fluor Corp. has appointed Peter Oosterveer as group president of its Energy and Chemicals Group. Oosterveer previously served as senior VP of the global chemicals and petrochemicals business from the firm's Haarlem, Netherlands office.
