Michel Moreno has resigned as chairman and CEO of Dynamic Energy Services International.

LAFAYETTE, Louisiana– Michel Moreno has resigned as chairman and CEO of Dynamic Energy Services International. Moreno will remain a board member.
Emile Dumesnil will become president and CEO. Dumesnil became an officer of the company five years ago, and has served as president, CFO, and executive vice president- corporate development.
