ABERDEEN, UK– Swire Oilfield Services has appointed Richard Sell as COO, and Peter Ellington as chief technical officer.

Sell will focus on increasing the company’s product offering and further developing its global footprint. He succeeds Rupert Bray, who has been named marine service director of Swire Pacific Offshore.

Ellington will be responsible for Swire’s asset management, procurement, and engineering functions.
