NZOG chairman resigns

WELLINGTON, New Zealand– Tony Radford announced he will resign as chairman of the board of New Zealand Oil & Gas after the Annual General Meeting on Tuesday Oct. 30. He will continue as a director of the company.

The board has voted to appoint Peter Griffiths as the new chairman. He joined the board in December 2009, having retired after 21 years with BP.
